🎄A little late of a post—but one worth sharing🎄
This photo was taken at our company Christmas party, and it perfectly captures something we believe deeply in.
🏠Home improvement is built on clean contracts, clear expectations, and elite installation. But owning and leading a business is also about something just as important—✨ recognizing and rewarding the people who make it all possible.
At White Pine Renovation, success isn’t just measured in projects completed or revenue earned. It’s measured in character, heart, and the people who show up every day giving their best. ❤️
Pictured here are Devin Slyter (left) and his mother (right) as he accepted an award at our Christmas party. The award references the amount of business Devin’s marketing efforts brought in—but honestly, there isn’t enough surface space on that trophy to list everything else that matters.
Devin is a good human. You can see his heart in his eyes. He genuinely cares about people and about the customers we serve.
Devin is a good friend. He has recruited his friends to work at White Pine Renovation, advocates for them every chance he gets, and never forgets his roots.
Important for business—but truly the least important part of this list—Devin is an exceptional employee. We ask a lot of him, and he meets it with grace, consistency, and a smile. That deserves recognition.
If you don’t work for a place that recognizes your worth, you’re in the wrong place.
Thank you for how hard you work, Devin.
