It’s moments like these that make this journey feel full circle. ✨

When I first started making candles, I was cutting and repurposing old liquor bottles by hand. This week, I had the pleasure of meeting Suzanne, the owner of Grumpy Dog Candle Co., who’s visiting all the way from Arizona—and she started her candle journey the very same way!

I have to laugh because no matter where I travel, I always end up wandering into the local candle shop. 😄 There’s just something special about connecting with other makers who understand the passion, creativity, and hard work that goes into this craft.

I absolutely love the candle-making community. There’s room for all of us to cheer each other on, share ideas, and celebrate each other’s success.
