We are currently hiring Production Operators for our 3rd shift! If you are looking for an opportunity to work hard for three days and play hard for four days, than now's the time to join FXI and be a part of our expanding growth!
Shift Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 6:00am to 6:30pm
Responsibilities Include:
· Follow all applicable safety/housekeeping guidelines.
· Responsible for departmental safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
· Read and follow all Standard Operating Procedures and work orders.
· Reviews daily production utilizing computer manufacturing software and determines work assignments and orders needed to ensure product demands are being met.
· Maintain accurate serial number log as required.
· Utilize computer manufacturing software to report daily production, retrieve Bill of Material (BOM) and check inventory levels for production.
· Responsible for coordinating with engineering and quality on pilot runs, BOM audits, pilot completion paperwork and training records.
· Communicate with engineering on discrepancies or questions.
· Participates in routine departmental meetings as needed.
· Take monthly cycle counts and inventory as needed.
· All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements Needed:
· High School diploma or equivalent and/or previous manufacturing experience preferred.
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
· Keep work area neat and clean.
· Active part of FXI Safety Program.
· Follow appropriate safe work practices, safety glasses or goggles, hazard communications, forklift certification, gloves.
· Reading comprehension skills adequate to understand written communication and verbal communication in English.
· Bilingual is a plus.
