James Beard Award Finalist Chef Peter Cho of Han Oak and Jeju recently joined us at the STEELPORT factory for a live knife skills demo centered around Korean barbecue and the techniques behind Beef Galbi.

Using our 6” Chef Knife and 10” Slicing Knife, Chef Peter walked through everything from precise knife work and prep techniques to building flavor and grilling the final dish.

Join us this Saturday with James Beard Award Finalist Chef Peter Cho.

Here, Chef Peter is putting the STEELPORT 8” Chef Knife and our SteelCore™ 2-in-1 Walnut Cutting Board to work, prepping mushrooms and fish with ease.

At the demo, he’ll be teaching the techniques behind Korean beef short ribs and ssam wraps, with plenty to learn and sample, plus skills to take back to your own kitchen.
