A new perspective on what’s coming to Biddeford.
This aerial view captures the full scale of The Foundry on the Levee — our expansive industrial venue, the covered riverside patio, the adjacent park, and the 300‑car parking garage just steps away.

From above, you can see how seamlessly the venue connects to the riverfront, the walkable downtown, and the surrounding mill district. This is where large‑scale events, corporate experiences, and editorial‑style weddings will take shape in 2026 and beyond.

I have the BEST Valentines Day gift. It is the announcement we have been waiting to share for months now. We did it! We have a new venue that I promise you is like NO OTHER! The Foundry on the Levee is the newest project from Maine Venue Partners, our sister company it is a collaboration between Laurie Andrews of Laurie Andrews Design and Fausto Pifferrer of Blue Elephant Events and Catering. Together, we have spent decades shaping the event landscape in Maine through design, hospitality, venue development, and strategic partnerships.

Now, as partners and long time friends, we are proud to introduce The Foundry on the Levee. This venue represents everything we believe in: thoughtful design, seamless operations, and a modern industrial space that honors its history while offering a fresh, elevated experience for today’s celebrations. Located at 30 Upper Falls Rd on the river in Biddeford. This new venue offers 35’ ceilings with natural light flooding the expansive walls of windows overlooking the river. Our covered patio on the water can accommodate up to 200 guests and inside we can host up to 600.

In addition, It has been my long term vision to one day have a venue connected to my flower shop and rental design company — a space where design, florals, décor, and celebration could finally live under one roof. Today, I am so happy to share that this vision is officially coming to fruition. I will be moving our operation into the space as well. Laurie Andrews Design will continue operating out of our Maine Mall location for now, with plans to be fully operational in the new space by fall. The next chapter is unfolding, and we cannot wait to welcome you into it.
