Check out this design project we wrapped up at the end of last summer: Same footprint, but we completely transformed the way this kitchen lives. 🤍 By removing the dividing arched wall between the kitchen and dining nook, we opened up the flow while still honoring the character of this 1937 home.

The integration of larger modern appliances, layered lighting, and smarter storage solutions produced a more efficient kitchen that actually works for this growing family.
Not to mention the kitchen now feels significantly bigger without adding a single square foot!

Many people say they only eat at their dining room table a couple times a year, but when it’s the first room guests see walking in, and the passage from your primary suite to the kitchen runs right through it, well… it darn well better be easy on the eyes🥰. Fortunately, this homeowner & I share a love for green, and modern midcentury aesthetics that are present with the green grasscloth adorned walls and custom walnut table we had made by a talented woodworker.

🥂 Thank you to our friends, followers & clients for the blessings that came in many different forms this past year. May your Thanksgiving be a warm-fuzzy one, and the calories consumed melt right off 🤭🦃✨

Extra special thanks to the client we had the pleasure of working with on this dining room design.
