🍫 Treat yourself to a slice of heaven with this Indulgent Baileys Chocolate Cream Pie! Rich, creamy, and oh-so-decadent, it's the perfect dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients:

1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked and cooled
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 large egg yolks
2 cups whole milk
1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped cream, for garnish
Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Directions:

- In a bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler. Set aside to cool slightly.
- In another bowl, whisk together cornstarch, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Add egg yolks and whisk until well combined.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it's steaming but not boiling.
- Gradually whisk the hot milk into the egg mixture, then pour everything back into the saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat, stir in the melted chocolate, Baileys Irish Cream, and vanilla extract. Let it cool for 10 _ 15 minutes.
- Pour the filling into the baked pie crust and smooth the top. Cover with plastic wrap directly touching the surface of the filling to prevent a skin from forming. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.

- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the instructions on the box.
3. Press the prepared brownie batter into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

1 pound ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped pickles
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
12 egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying

Directions:

- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, diced tomatoes, chopped pickles, mustard, and ketchup. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
