Fiber Rhythm Craft & Design Fiber Rhythm Craft & Design is a local yarn store and knitting machine studio in the historic Ford Building in SE Portland.

Our entrance is on SE Division at SE 10th. Hand-sanitizing is required in our high-touch locale. Face masks are optional in the store. Classroom participants must wear masks and show proof-of-vaccination. Fiber Rhythm LLC is a small, woman-owned, local yarn store and Knitting Machine Studio in inner SE Portland. Our goal is to help crafters be both creative and productive. To do this, we provide yarns and tools and we teach classes. We specialize in home knitting machines and weaving as well as knitting, crochet, and macramé. The local yarn store is dba Fiber Rhythm Craft & Design. In the Fiber Rhythm Studio we also work on creating online educational content for crafters and craft designers.

we’ve made some adjustments to our ours for the summer season:

Monday-Friday: 11am-7pm
Saturday: 10am-5pm
Sunday: Noon-5pm

Just to note: this won’t affect classes than run PAST the close time— on those days we will be staying open until class ends at 8pm. check out our June and July classes on our calendar on the website if you’re interested in joining 😉 (Krokbragd weaving, anyone?)

and of course, our online retail shop is open 24/7 365! Did you know we do FREE national shipping on orders over $100?!

Bring your knit and crochet (or spinning, or weaving— whatever you want!!) WIPS to Fiber Rhythm and join us on the sidewalk outside the shop from 10:30-4:30pm for some public fiber craft. Bring your own chair, or use some of ours!
