This was one of the most special weddings I have ever been a part of because I had the opportunity to work closely with the bride’s mother throughout the planning process. Not only was I able to provide my specialty services, but I also became the go-to person for connecting and coordinating with other vendors.

While I truly appreciated the trust they placed in me, it also challenged me to step into the role of a planner for a day. Through this experience, I gained even greater respect for all the planners and coordinators who work tirelessly behind the scenes to bring weddings to life.

A wedding is a unique event where people from different backgrounds come together in harmony to celebrate two people and the families they love. No matter what challenges may arise, everyone involved sets aside personal matters and focuses on creating one beautiful outcome.

What we create is more than just an event—it becomes a lifetime memory for a family. For that reason, I take my work very personally and carry it out with honor, dedication, and care. Helping bring your dream wedding to life is not just my job; it is a privilege.

Meeting clients online is always a leap of faith — especially when they’re planning one of the biggest days of their lives from another state. We had never met in person, every conversation happened through messages and calls, yet they trusted me completely with their wedding decor and bridal bouquet. That kind of trust is something I never take lightly.

I don’t know if people realize how emotional this work can be sometimes. Behind every setup are years of late nights, exhausted mornings, problem solving, creative risks, and constantly pushing myself to grow. I didn’t survive this industry by luck. I survived because I kept showing up, even on the hardest days, and kept pouring my heart into what I create.

One thing I’ve learned is that being real on social media matters. People can feel authenticity. They can tell when someone truly cares about their work and about the experience they’re creating. I think that’s what allows complete strangers to trust me with such meaningful moments in their lives.

Seeing everything come together exactly the way they envisioned it was incredibly rewarding. Watching my couple so happy, so beautiful, and fully present in one of the most memorable days of their lives — that feeling never gets old. It reminds me why I love what I do so much.

📌“What if you can’t find armchairs that match your ceremony couch?”🫣💚

This couple already had the perfect couch for their ceremony vision… but finding armchairs that matched the style, shape, and tone of it? Almost impossible.

Everything we found either felt too modern, too bulky, or completely disconnected from the softness of their design.

At first, I thought I would have to work around it with basic chair styling. But instead, I decided to fully drape the armchairs in velvet to create something cleaner, softer, and more intentional.

And honestly? I LOVE how it turned out.

The fabric completely transformed the chairs into something sculptural and romantic while still blending seamlessly into the ceremony space. Instead of forcing a perfect furniture match, we created one through texture, movement, and styling.

Sometimes the best wedding designs come from solving a problem creatively ✨

What do you think of this solution?

Nhan and Sydney are the talented young leaders behind the White Lotus Lion Dance Team from Portland Oregon. In today’s world, it’s incredibly rare — and deeply admirable — to see young people who were born and raised in the West choosing to reconnect with their roots, preserve tradition, and spread the beauty of Eastern culture.

It was truly an honor when Sydney and Nhan hire 192Decor for their wedding celebration. Inspired by their passion for heritage, we created a wedding aesthetic deeply rooted in Asian traditions, while adding modern touches that felt bold, strong, and contemporary. Even the smallest details were thoughtfully designed to complement the powerful presence of the lion dance performance throughout the celebration.

This wedding was genuinely inspired by the two of them — young souls full of passion, courage, and dedication to their craft, while remaining steadfast in preserving and evolving Eastern culture, especially the art of lion dancing.

Thank you once again for allowing me to be part of such a meaningful and unforgettable wedding celebration.

Same studio, different feel. Playing with drape is like having a can of paint in your hands—endless possibilities, endless moods. With just a few changes, a familiar space can transform into something entirely new.
That’s the beauty of a studio setup. It’s controlled, consistent, and always ready—no stress about unpredictable weather, harsh sunlight, or last-minute changes. You can walk into a space knowing exactly what you’ll get, yet still leave with something completely unique every time.
For my clients, it means freedom. Freedom to explore different looks, textures, and atmospheres without stepping outside. One moment it’s soft and romantic, the next it’s bold and dramatic—all within the same four walls.
A studio doesn’t limit creativity—it protects it. It gives us the stability to experiment, to refine, and to fully focus on bringing your vision to life.
Because sometimes, the magic isn’t about going somewhere new—it’s about seeing the same space in a completely different way.
