: Franklin Flooring completed flooring installation and finishing work as part of the expansion at Eastern University. The $11 million project created a new integrated space dedicated to the liberal, fine, and performing arts, supporting the University’s academic mission and enhancing opportunities for learning, collaboration, and campus events.

The project scope included installation of wood flooring on the performance stage, sanding and refinishing of staircases and the Dean’s office, broadloom carpet throughout offices and theater areas, LVT in hallways and select office spaces, and ceramic tile in main corridors, restrooms, stairways, and fireplace surrounds.

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting our team, partners, friends, and families at FirstEnergy Stadium for the Reading Fightin Phils vs. New Hampshire game – and couldn’t have asked for better weather or better company. It was a fun, easygoing night to step away from the day-to-day and catch up outside the office.

: We’re proud to highlight the Mail Shark Corporate Office project - a 60,000 SF transformation of an industrial warehouse into a bold, modern workspace, designed by Indoff, LLC.

At the center of the space, an ocean-inspired carpet tile pattern flows through the main corridors, creating a dynamic “water splash” effect. Overhead, a custom shark installation made from metal washers brings the brand to life in a way that’s both creative and memorable.

In the back-of-house areas, a herringbone LVT layout adds movement within the dining space, while the kitchen features large-format ceramic tile, detailed insets, and a statement backsplash.

Our team installed LVT, carpet tile, ceramic tile, and cove base throughout the project, with layouts carefully aligned to furniture configurations and circulation paths to support both function and design intent.

: Corridor upgrades are currently underway at Grace Inspired Living – Community at Rockhill, as part of an occupied renovation led in collaboration with Lenhardt Rodgers Architecture + Interiors on the interior design.

This project involves an occupied renovation of existing corridors within the Waterfall building, requiring careful coordination to minimize disruption to residents and daily operations.

Our team is handling demolition, floor preparation, and installation, helping to enhance both comfort and durability while supporting the needs of an active senior living environment.
