Back to where my journey started.. at my mom’s house! I’ve come a long way from rearranging the furniture in the house as a pr***en and was honored when my mom came to me and said that she wanted me to renovate her bathroom. This bathroom started out as an attic in our century year old home. My dad and grandfather built this bathroom 35 years ago with minor glow ups through the years (check out the before photos), and it was very much time for an update!

It was our pleasure to add square footage and a family memory making space to a returning client’s Dublin home. With the help of Voll Construction & Renovations Natassja brought this room to life giving it lounge vibes in all the right ways! 🥃
Favorite feature in the living room has to be the custom built-in that spans 14’, bodes accent lighting and houses three TVs along with gaming systems in the tilt out cubbies. This built-in is king in this baseball man cave! ⚾️

‼️Warning: Having your teen’s room professionally decorated will make them extremely happy and cause a minimum of 24 hour lapse in thinking you are lame. You will also see an increased interest in them spending more time in their room.

Just ask our clients in Dublin! Their 17 year old son is big into baseball and wanted a way to display some of his memorabilia. We decorated his sister’s room in December and he wanted to feel the same coziness in his room that her room has.

Natassja Miller Conway started with adding layer of lighting, found creative and functional ways of displaying some of his most prized possessions, added new bedroom furniture, added a new desk chair, swapped out hardware on his desk and night stand drawers, and added in a few surprise pieces of art and decor.

Four days in a row of sunshine and warm temps!? Yes, please!

With the kids officially in summer break we are gearing up for pool days, community events, and lots of time spent at home. When you think of your home do you consider your outdoor space an additional room? If not, you should! Updating your patio ( front or back) creates another opportunity for connection with friends and family members or as a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle inside!

This patio we curated in the Powell/Dublin area is a great example of how to maximize your outdoor space and make it enjoyable year round. From lighting to multiple seating options and everything in between we love how this patio gave our clients multiple zones for outdoor enjoyment.

Our returning client in Powell is a big fan of color and fun details! When she bought her home three years ago she found this fun paint color and added some touches to make it feel more in line with her personality but knew she wanted to make some bigger changes down the road. ( be sure to check out the last picture🤯)

Natassja sourced this ceramic fluted tile as the focal point of the bathroom, a new vanity, hardware, and shower curtain. Adding a few decorative touches of her own to complement our client’s existing decor!

Our clients in Powell wanted to create a clean cohesive look between their kitchen, dining room, and living room. They had already tackled their living room and kitchen, but wanted Jamie‘s help with their dining room room.

Jamie refreshed the space with a new chandelier new table and chairs from Article, curtains, rug, and last, but not least a fresh coat of paint. Jamie added a mirror to reflect light into the space as this room does not get a lot of natural sunlight throughout the day!

Our clients in Plain City wanted to update their bathroom so that it’s more conducive to their lives. As you can see in the before picture they had a huge tub, but they found themselves never using it. Their goal was to make the shower bigger and remove the tub.

We worked with Frasure Home Improvements LLC to create the bathroom of their dreams. From two showerheads, a custom vanity area, and more usable space this bathroom is almost unrecognizable.

Large format tile has earned its place in all of our hearts as we are all sick of scrubbing grout! 1/16 grout lines make for minimal cleaning and provide a beautiful clean finish!
