Customer service is really important to me as both a home curator and Independent, Manufacturers Sales Rep! Attention to detail is key especially when it comes to custom upholstery. That’s why I take pride in scanning my customer’s custom fabrics and leathers regularly so they have the appropriate grade changes and drops edited out. You can’t win with broken or outdated tools! 🙌👍
