We provide professional Interior Design Services, Construction Consulting Services as well as Project Management on an individual and customized basis directly to Property and Homeowners, Business Owners, Architectural Firms, Residential Developers or Builders, in addition to Hospitality and Commercial Developers or Management Groups. We design, specify, purchase and install any and all decorative

finish products for interiors or exteriors and do so with an eye for detail while interacting with our clients so that all items obtained or designed for them fit their needs, budgetary goals and lifestyle. We maintain a large resource library and continually update product knowledge as to new items and innovations by attending National Trade Shows and Furniture Markets on a yearly basis. We have a warehouse receiving facility in Prescott thus making it convenient and economical for our clients to purchase items "locally" as we are able to receive their furniture or other items purchased by us directly and avoid the expense of having to ship items through receivers or facilities in Phoenix. With 22 years of educated; professional experience in interior design and construction we are not limited to one style or period of design. We design on a project by project basis from a single room to an entire home, hotel, restaurants, office buildings or other public spaces. We create unique and individual elements for our clients while keeping in mind their budget which makes our portfolio and design capabilities vast and varied. We even work on projects where we just do a single room so never think that your job or project might be too small for us to consider! Lots of our clients use us for consulting services by the hour as they need input on their projects. The majority of our drafting and design is performed using AutoCAD. Manual drafting and sketching services are also extensive and used when appropriate for the project. We've worked on projects with budgets as small as $5 Thousand and as large as $23 Million.

Great use of outdoor space when you live in an area that a pool is not really appropriate; and you would get more use out of the outdoor firepit.

Getting a project near completion for client in American Ranch. It is push time people :)

I have been working on a project in Houston, Texas. A residential rebuild of a home that caught fire after it was struck by lightening last year. I learned something new yesterday while doing a little research into some local codes and license requirements:

Home builders are not licensed in Texas, though it is advisable to check with your local municipality or county in areas of the state outside of municipal jurisdiction, for local requirements. Only specialty contractors, including HVAC, fire sprinkler systems, plumbing, electricians and well drilling/pump installation specialists, need to be licensed in Texas.

Sad but true. Oh by the way; you have to be licensed to be a cosmetologist in Texas but I guess anyone can build a home.
