Got my truck back today. Got it wrapped to match the rest of the fleet. As always we went to Kyle, thanks for making my fleet look fresh.

This one was more than expected because the homeowner is picky( myself). But in the end it turned out great. We tore out 3/8” engineered flooring and particle board. Screwed down original subfloor to eliminate any squeaks. Then added another layer of 1/2” plywood to bring it back to correct hight plus fixed a few other spots of original subfloor. Installed 700’ of Brazilian walnut with a full trowel glue down and cleated. Sanded and finished with water based finish. 2 coats of amber seal 1 coat of Bona mega one and 4 coats of traffic HD extra matte. I even sanded the center island butcher block and stained it.

On this one we removed some carpet and a floating floor. Then we installed 6 1/4” live sawn white oak, sanded and finished with Bona natural seal and Bona traffic HD extra matte

This customer had a ice dam cause some damage this winter. Finally got around to getting it fixed. We pulled up the damage area and replaced it then sanded the whole house with our dust free sanding system and coated it with oil base satin finish.

I did this originally in 2017, we added some wood and re framed the step to the sunken living room and did the stairs going to the basement. We then stained it all dark and coated it with oil base finish. They called us back in 2021 to add the entry way, the stairs going upstairs,the upper hallway and the master bedroom. Then they wanted to change the color of the dark floors we previously did so we sanded the whole house and coated it with Bona natural seal and Bona traffic HD extra matte. Thanks to AAA HARDWOOD for coming to help with the awesome herring bone pattern we put in the entry.

This couple had a wire brushed floor. They didn’t like the pitting in the grain( you can see in the first two pics) so we sanded it with our dust free system and re stained it with a custom dark grey color and Bona intense seal and Bona traffic HD satin. We were able to do all this with the white trim left on and they had very little touch up after.
