You’ve seen us time and time again make IKEA look beautiful and custom…but maybe YOU want to try and take a crack at it for yourself!?

We’ve done it a million times and have a WEALTH of knowledge here- we know all the tips and tricks, the workarounds, overcoming obstacles, how to paint it, the necessary tools you’d need to get the job done…and we’d even provide proper building instructions instead of a little cartoon man showing you what to do 🙃🤣

I borrowed this from my good friend over at The Accent Wall Lady…it’s too good not to share and a great reminder.

SO much time and effort is spent behind the scenes when you run a small business. Countless email chains, text threads back and forth, estimates and “ballpark” quotes to get out in a timely manner, follow-ups, design renderings and revisions….its is literally never-ending and we often work around the clock to make things happen. ESPECIALLY when you’re a company of literally two people 😅🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️

Don’t get it twisted- we are incredibly grateful that ANYONE reaches out to us for estimates as that is just a blessing in and of itself- all we ask is the common courtesy for a response back. We spend hours upon hours quoting clients and building out designs, and it really takes a toll on you mentally and emotionally when you are ghosted.

Not moving forward with us is ok, I PROMISE! We more than recognize that sometimes we are not always aligned and budgets are a very real thing. However, we appreciate honest and open communication. This lets us know we no longer need to follow up and can move on to the next person.

As always- we appreciate your continued support, it’s what keeps us going!! ❤️

Still no heavy-lifting for Josh (I promise!), but we did manage to get the doors on to this beautiful built-in from 2 weeks ago.

Short a couple of handles, but she’s done! Absolutely loving the clean, simplistic charm of this one 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Who doesn’t love surprise appendicitis?! 🥳😩🫠

Well, after complaining for 2 days of pretty intense stomach pain, we took a trip to the ER on Friday and discovered appendicitis was the culprit. Josh ended up getting an appendectomy that same day and our weekend has been a bit of a whirlwind, as you can imagine!

We need to allow some time for Josh to recover, so A’bloom projects are on hold for a short while. He absolutely cannot be kept down for long though (he’s such a busy body!) so we will be back at it in no time.

Thank you to all of our wonderful clients who have reached out and sent messages and texts wishing him a smooth and swift recovery, it’s so appreciated. We will be back soon!! ❤️‍🩹
