"What's the hardest part about owning a business?"

For me, it's wearing all the hats.

Some days I'm the painter. Other days I'm the estimator, project manager, bookkeeper, marketer, social media manager, customer service rep, recruiter, and CEO—all before lunch.

It's not always easy, but every challenge is building something bigger than myself. I'm grateful for every lesson, every client, and every opportunity to keep growing.
