Count your blessings, some would say, live in the moment, another. Don’t look back, shouted from the ahead.
I want to remember moments like these, a sense of pride. A reminder that Growth is always possible. Everyone’s story is different, based on where they are in their journey. I stopped at this cute book store bar called Riffraff, for an author event to read a segment of her book to us. There was pride and joy, and sadness in her eyes, which she expressed the length she motivated her self to work through, there’s something inspiring to that.
My journey is only just beginning, 32 years bound to earth and her waters. I am told I am a piece, two fish amongst the stars. I do enjoy being closer to water, and my passions flow into one another. I can get a little philosophical, and ponder the possibilities amongst the stars.
But this achievement here, is grounding! This achievement marks another goal to check off my list.
From where I am standing I know you’ve got some pretty good achievements too, being a singer or running your own business. Maybe you’re new to parenthood. Just got married, or just woke up! Your journey too is only just beginning.
