The best part of the job? Seeing it all come together.

For Elijah, nothing beats seeing a homeowner’s reaction when the lights finally come on. The long days and hot attics? Not so much.

But hey, at least the end result makes it worth it.

This Springville home had a few unique details that made the installation especially interesting.

The goal was to get the lighting just right while keeping everything looking clean and natural on the house. And with extra lighting around the property and a hot tub to enjoy, this setup is made for more than just the holidays.

Another one we’re pretty proud of.

Sometimes, the tricky part of an installation is everything you don't see.

This Saratoga Springs home had some challenging peaks, no attic access in the garage, and a big gap in the roofline to work around.

Elijah figured out a way to make it all work while keeping the final result clean.

Are outward-facing lights actually brighter?

Not quite.

Downward-facing lights give you more flexibility beyond Christmas, they can highlight architectural details, wash the walls with color, and work for different holidays and everyday lighting. Plus, they’re protected from constant sun exposure and don’t interfere with your gutters.

So when it comes to brightness, longevity, and versatility… outward-facing doesn’t win this one.

Your home isn’t like every other home. Your lighting shouldn’t be either.

This Scandinavian-style home had a completely different setup than most Utah homes, so we used two custom channels to keep the lighting looking consistent from one section to the next.

The goal? A system that looks like it was designed for the home—not added to it.

About to paint your house? Wait on the lights.

If you’re planning a remodel or exterior update, it’s worth getting the painting done first so your permanent lighting can be installed as part of the finished look.

This home hadn’t had a facelift since the ’70s. After the remodel and fresh paint, the lights fit right in.

Permanent lighting can be about a lot more than the holidays.

He wanted better lighting around his shop and garage so he could safely get back to the house after working late. And now, he gets Christmas lighting too.

One system, a lot more ways to use it.

A few things can make installation day go a lot smoother.

Clean yard. Easy attic access. And then… let the professional do his thing.

Tanner has spoken.

Some installation days just don’t go according to plan.

A last-minute reschedule, custom track that had to be rushed, no soffit, a massive peak, and landscapers on site… just another day at Versa Lights.

Luckily, we’re pretty used to figuring it out as we go.
