Pour-4-ingredients-into-a-slow-cooker😍
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken
1 box stuffing mix
1/2 cup of water
How:
Put your chicken in the slow cooker. Then pour your broth over it. Next, place your soup, stuffing, and water in a bowl, mix them together, and pour over your chicken.
Cook the ingredients at low temperature for seven hours. When you get back to your pot, you'll have delicious, moist chicken breast and the best stuffing you've ever had.

STRAWBERRY BUTTER CREAM CAKE 🍓🍰
• 1 (18.25-ounce) Package white cake mix
• 1 (3-ounce) Package strawberry gelatin
• 4 Large eggs
• ½ Cup sugar
• ½ Cup finely chopped fresh strawberries
• ½ Cup milk
• ½ Cup Vegetable oil
• 1/3 Cup all-purpose flour
• Strawberry Butter cream Frosting (see below)
• Garnish with whole and halved strawberries
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat cake mix, strawberry gelatin, eggs, sugar, chopped fresh strawberries, milk, vegetable oil and all-purpose flour at low speed with an electric mixer for 1 minute. Scrape down sides, and beat at medium speed for 2 more minutes, stopping to scrape down sides, as needed. (The Strawberries should be well blended.)
2. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 23 minutes, or until cakes spring back when pressed lightly with a finger. Let cool in pans on wire racks for 10 minutes. Remove from pans, and cool completely (about 1 hour.)
4. Spread the Strawberry Buttercream Frosting between layers and on top and sides of cake. Garnish with whole and halved strawberries. Serve immediately, or chill for up to 1 week.
To make ahead: Prepare recipe as directed. Chill, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until frosting is set. Cover well with wax paper, and store in refrigerator up to a week.
Strawberry Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup butter, softened
• (32-ounce) Package powdered sugar, sifted
• 1 Cup finely chopped fresh strawberries
Preparation:
1. Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy (about 20 seconds). Add sugar and strawberries, beating at low speed until creamy. (Add more sugar if frosting is too thin, or add strawberries if too thick.)

White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup salted butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F/175C.
In medium bowl combine flour, soda and salt. Mix well, set aside.
In a large bowl with a mixer blend sugars at medium speed. Add butter and mix to until it forms a grainy paste, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat at medium speed until fully combined.
Add the flour mixture, macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips.

MAKE MEATLOAF IN A MUFFIN PAN- IT COOKS IN 15 MINUTES!👍
Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey or ground beef
1/3 cup breadcrumbs or oatmeal (Either works, but I now use oatmeal)
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce (Instead of the tomato sauce, I often substitute with around 1/4 cup of ketchup in the meat mixture and at least another 1/4 cup for the top. Personal choice to use the ketchup vs tomato sauce I do prefer the taste of ketchup – must be the added sugar.)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper
several shakes of Worcestershire sauce (about a teaspoon)
A couple of handfuls of whatever other veggies you have on hand… (onions, mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, carrots, spinach, lentils…)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, but only use about ¼ of the tomato sauce/ketchup in the meat mixture. Reserve the rest for the tops of the meatloaf muffins.
Press the meat into the muffin cups (you should be able to get eight to 10 out of this amount of meat).
Top with a dollop of tomato sauce/ketchup on each one.
Cook for 30-35 minutes.
Serve two per person.

GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients:
1/2 cup boiling water
4 ounces of sweet German baking chocolate
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter, softened
4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
4 egg whites, beaten until stiff
Coconut and pecan frosting
1 cup sugar ( 1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup butter ( 3/4 cup)
1 cup evaporated milk ( 12 oz. can)
1 teaspoon vanilla ( 1 1/2 teaspoons)
3 egg yolks ( 4 egg yolks )
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut ( 2 cups )
1 cup chopped pecans ( 1 1/2 cup )
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 9-inch square pans or 3 8-inch round pans.
Pour boiling water over chocolate, stirring until chocolate is melted; cool. Mix sugar and butter in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolk, one at a time. Beat in chocolate and vanilla on low speed.
Beat in flour, baking soda and salt alternately with buttermilk, beating after each addition until smooth. Fold in egg whites.
Divide batter among pans. Bake square pans for 40 to 45 minutes or round pans for 35 to 40 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick in the center. Cool and top with coconut-pecan glaze.
Coconut-Pecan Glaze: Combine sugar, butter, milk, vanilla and egg yolks in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 12 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in coconut and pecans. Beat until spreadable. Cool and thicken before frosting cake.

The Pioneer Woman’s Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients:
1 quart Whole Milk
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup Sugar
2 packages Active Dry Yeast
8 cups (Plus 1 Cup Extra, Separated) All-purpose Flour
1 teaspoon (heaping) Baking Powder
1 teaspoon (scant) Baking Soda
1 Tablespoon (heaping) Salt
3 cups (to 4 Cups) Melted Butter
2 cups Sugar
Generous Sprinkling Of Cinnamon_
MAPLE FROSTING:
1 bag Powdered Sugar
2 teaspoons Maple Flavoring
½ cups Milk
¼ cups Melted Butter
¼ cups Brewed Coffee
⅛ teaspoons Salt
Method:
Mix the milk, vegetable oil and sugar in a pan. “Scald” the mixture (heat until just before the boiling point). Turn off heat and leave to cool 45 minutes to 1 hour.
When the mixture is lukewarm to warm, but NOT hot, sprinkle in both packages of Active Dry Yeast.
Let this sit for a minute. Then add 8 cups of all-purpose flour. Stir mixture together.
Cover and let rise for at least an hour.
After rising for at least an hour, add 1 more cup of flour, the baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir mixture together. (At this point, you could cover the dough and put it in the fridge until you need it – overnight or even a day or two, if necessary.
Just keep your eye on it and if it starts to overflow out of the pan, just punch it down).
When ready to prepare rolls: Sprinkle rolling surface generously with flour.
Take half the dough and form a rough rectangle. Then roll the dough thin, maintaining a general rectangular shape. Drizzle 1 ½ to 2 cups melted butter over the dough.
Now sprinkle 1 cup of sugar over the butter followed by a generous sprinkling of cinnamon.
Now, starting at the opposite end, begin rolling the dough in a neat line toward you.
Keep the roll relatively tight as you go. Next, pinch the seam of the roll to seal it.
Spread 1 tablespoon of melted butter in a seven inch round foil cake or pie pan. Then begin cutting the rolls approximately ¾ to 1 inch thick and laying them in the buttered pans.
Repeat this process with the other half of the dough. Let the rolls rise for 20 to 30 minutes, then bake at 375 degrees (edited to say 375 instead of 400, as The Pioneer Woman now suggests) until light golden brown, about 15 to 18 minutes.
For the frosting, mix together all ingredients listed and stir well until smooth. It should be thick but pourable. Taste and adjust as needed. Generously drizzle over the warm rolls.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups bananas, mashed, ripe
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter, softened
2 1/8 cups sugar
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
Frosting:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 cups icing sugar
How to make it:
1 Preheat oven to 275°F /135C.
2 Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan.
3 In a small bowl, mix mashed banana with the lemon juice; set aside.
4 In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
5 In a large bowl, cream 3/4 cup butter and 2 1/8 cups sugar until light and fluffy.
6 Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in 2 tsp vanilla.
7 Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk.
8 Stir in banana mixture
9 Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for one hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
10 Remove from oven and place directly into the freezer for 45 minutes. This will make the cake very moist.
11 For the frosting, cream the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
12 Beat in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
13 Add icing sugar and beat on low speed until combined, then on high speed until frosting is smooth.
14 Spread on cooled cake.
15 Sprinkle chopped walnuts over top of the frosting, if desired ( or hearts!).

TEXAS TURTLE SHEET CAKE🍰
Ingredients:
Cake:
2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup strong black coffee (water can be substituted)
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs
½ cup buttermilk
Chocolate Frosting:
¼ cup butter
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
4 tablespoons buttermilk, an additional tablespoon or two may be needed
2 to 2½ cups powdered sugar
Toppings:
½ cup chopped pecans
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
caramel sauce, to drizzle – about ½ cup
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and flour a large 13×9-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine self-rising flour and granulated sugar – set aside.
In a medium saucepan combine 1 cup butter, ⅓ cup cocoa, and 1 cup of coffee.Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Once this mixture has reached a boil, remove from heat.
Pour chocolate mixture into the flour/sugar combination.
Combine mixtures using a hand-held mixer on medium speed until thoroughly blended.
Add eggs and ½ cup of buttermilk. Beat for another minute or so, until well mixed. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. A toothpick or fork inserted into the middle of the cake should come out cleanly.
For Frosting
In a medium saucepan combine ¼ cup butter, 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, and 4 tablespoons buttermilk. Bring to a boil using medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and use a wire whisk to blend in 2 cups powdered sugar. It’s best to add 1 cup first, whisk until smooth, then add ½ cup at a time until frosting is as thick or thin as you’d like. You can add more powdered sugar (1/4 cup at a time) or more buttermilk (1 tablespoon at a time), if needed, until it’s just how you want. Some folks like thick frosting, some like more of a glaze.
Spread (or pour) the warm frosting over cake.
Next sprinkle chocolate chips and pecan pieces. It’s best to do this while the frosting is still warm, so the chocolate chips will melt slightly.
Just before serving, drizzle caramel sauce over the top.

Fire Crackers 😋
Ingredients:
1⅔ cups olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 (1 ounce) envelopes ranch dressing mix
3 Tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 (16 oz.) package of saltine crackers 4 sleeves of crackers
Instructions:
Grab a huge ziplock bag. at least a gallon or more. We used a 2 gallon bag for our doubled recipe and it was still more than enough.
Open the bag and pour in the olive oil, the garlic and onion powder, the black pepper, ranch dressing mix and crushed red pepper flakes.
Close the bag and using your hands, knead the ingredients together combining the oil and spices. (this can also be done in a bowl and stirred, however you will have a lot of it stick to the sides when pouring it into the bag).
Now, place the crackers inside the bag. Yes, all of them.
Re-seal the bag and turn the bag over and over again coating the crackers with the spice mixture. The more you do this, the better coverage there is. Then, let the bag sit for about an hour and turn it again a few more times.
Allow the bag to sit for at least 12 hours, if not more. (overnight is good)
Remove the crackers and serve.

Honey Garlic Baked Salmon in Foil
INGREDIENTS
1 pound (450g) salmon fillet
1/2 cup (125ml) honey
4 cloves garlic, minced or crushed through a garlic press
1/2 cup whole-grain Dijon mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Coarse salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro, for garnish
1 lemon, sliced, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. To make the honey garlic baked salmon: Position a rack in the middle of your oven. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with a large piece of foil to fold over and seal to create a packet.
2. In a bowl, combine honey, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, oil, paprika, red pepper flakes, Cayenne pepper and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine and set aside.
3. Place the salmon onto the lined baking sheet. Pour the honey mustard mixture over the salmon, and spread evenly over the fish. Sprinkle with a good amount of salt and cracked pepper. Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon to cover and completely seal the packet closed so the sauce does not leak.
4. Bake salmon in foil until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish and your preference of doneness. Carefully open the foil, and broil under the broiler for 2-3 minutes on medium heat to caramelize the top of salmon.
Garnish the honey garlic baked salmon with cilantro and serve immediately with lemon slices.

Slowcooker Chicken and Dumplings
4 boneless skinless chicken breast cut in 1 inch cubes
1 can chicken broth
2 small cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb sliced carrots
4 ribs sliced celery
1 medium onion diced
1/2 bag frozen peas
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 can biscuit dough
In the crockpot, mix together the sauce of chicken broth, both cans cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add in the chicken carrots, celery and onion and fold them into the sauce mixture. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Add in the bacon and peas, stir together.
Cut up the uncooked biscuits in quarters and put on top of the mixture. Cooking for another hour on high or until done.

Spicy Chicken Cheeseballs 😋😋
INGREDIENTS
3 cups all purpose baking mix Bisquick or Arrowhead Mills brands have both been tested
1 pound ground chicken
2 tablespoons Tapatio Salsa Picante hot sauce
4 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
dash or salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix together all of the ingredients in a large bowl, either by hand or with a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.
Once combined, form into small balls, approx 1 inch in diameter.
Place on prepared baking sheet, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown with an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
