*Almost* 2 dozen jars of grape jelly (4 got dumped bc I didnā€™t use enough pectin, oopsā€¦ Apparently I canā€™t read instructions very well) šŸ˜…šŸ‡
I have never liked grape jelly, but being able to make it with a fraction of the sugar means it actually tastes like grapes and not cough syrup (thatā€™s what even the smell of ā€œgrape flavorā€ makes me think of) HOWEVER the low-sugar pectin warned that it may take up to 2 weeks to fully setā€¦ so I will crack one open then and make sure it worked out šŸ¤žšŸ˜¬
I really never have any idea what Iā€™m doing bc no one taught me any of thisā€¦ Iā€™m learning on the job šŸ™ƒ
