For those “well, that’s a lot” days. A little something to hold onto that isn’t your phone. 🫶
Our new Bite Size lunchtime workshops kick off October 28 with Worry Stones! Make four little clay companions in an hour or less, with a thumb dip, textures, and whatever tiny details feel like you.

This workshop makes four worry stones for $25, over the lunch hour.

Keep one in your pocket. Give one to your favorite overthinker. Make matching ones with a friend and call it your very small support group.

No clay experience needed. No requirement to arrive calm. Just a lunch break spent making something instead of answering one more email.
Bring your sandwich. We’ll bring the clay.
Book your spot through the link in our bio.

White Elephant Gift Exchange? We got you. 🌈 🎨 🎁

We’re about 400 molds into creating a full database of our new slip casting molds for pottery painting. And ooooh boy, there’s some real one-of-a-kind guys in there. Except we have the ability to make infinite copies 😂 😆 😝

…Should we make it an ornament? 🐕 💩

Comment 🎄 for Yes
Comment 💩 for No
Or tell us what *you* would use this very specific sculpture for 👇

We’re about 1/3 of the way through identifying and inventorying our new slip cast mold collection 👀 We’re creating these fellas in the studio and putting them on our new pottery painting shelves 🎨🎉

What’s a locally owned small business you LOVE? Drop their names 👇 and why you think they make the Palouse the kind of place you want to be 🌾 ♥️ We’ll reach out to the businesses you nominate to see how we can help support them, too.

Maybe it’s door prizes to their shop?
Maybe it’s collaboration on workshops? Maybe it’s just cross-posting their specials and promotions and helping get the word out 📣

It takes a whole community to keep a small business in business year after year. Let’s celebrate our favs, and make a point of going there this month, and every month 🫶

🐖 1,2, or all 3?

Just in time for those holiday road trips! 🚗 🦃 🎄

Next Travel Mug Workshops:
🚘 ☕️ Tuesday, Oct. 27, 6pm in Moscow
🚙 ☕️ Tuesday, Nov. 10, 6pm in Pullman
🚗 ☕️ Tuesday, Nov. 24, 6pm in Moscow

Travel mugs are ready to take home (and on the road!) three weeks after class 🚘

☕️ Your morning coffee deserves better than a warped, dinged plastic or metal thing.

Much better.

Like, hand-built-by-you-in-a-pottery-studio, better.

In this one-day workshop, you’ll hand-build a functional, food-safe, dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, ceramic travel mug using slab-building techniques in our studios. We’ll introduce you to the art of slab rolling, cutting, and assembling flat pieces of clay into a vessel that’s unique to you. Add an engraving, carve a texture, stamp a pattern, or just wing it and call it “abstract.” Our instructors won’t stop you. (If Candace is teaching she’ll even applaud👏 👏 👏 )

We’ll walk you through every step, from constructing clean, even walls to shaping a top that makes spilling — a feat that has humbled many before you and will humble you too, briefly, before you nail it. By the end of the day, you’ll have a travel mug that tells people you’re the kind of person who hand-builds their drinkware. That’s not just a mug. That’s a personality trait.

What’s Included:

All clay, tools, and materials
Dip glazing session (scheduled separately)
Firing and pickup within 2–3 weeks
Skill Level: Beginner-friendly — no experience needed, just enthusiasm and strong opinions about your morning routine

Duration: 2 hours

Whether you’re treating yourself to the most creative Tuesday of your life or searching for a gift idea so original it makes people feel bad about their own gift-giving ...this is it. You’ll leave with clay under your fingernails and a travel mug with an actual origin story.
