And so it began...

College art classes were fun, but candlemaking was what really made my crafting take off. Supplies are so easy to get locally! Driving myself to the craft store was the first step in a long series of adventures.

I bought as many goodies as I could afford, on my limited college days budget. I then headed back to my tiny apartment. Suddenly my kitchen was transformed into my very own candle factory!

In the beginning there was one mold. My star mold. That candle has sold in more places for me than any of the others. :) Selling my first candles to a couple of young hippie chicks in Caras Park in Missoula. 1996.

From then I have been to many corners of the Northwest, across Montana, even as far as South Vegas Boulevard to sell my candles and crafts. -Remind me of Las Vegas Lenny and how he saved my life... That’s another story.
