In my free time I love to create using a variety of mediums but my medium of choice is sublimation. If you don’t know what sublimation is, it is the process of transferring dye to a fabric that is primarily
polyester. The images are printed on special paper then transferred onto the fabric using a heat source allowing the ink to become part of the fabric. This process leaves the fabric with a permanent graphic and a soft feel. However, this isn’t just for fabrics, it can be done on a variety of items that have a special coating. The best part about this process is that the transferred image(s) do not peel, wear off, or come out in the wash. Sublimation is a great way to get matching T-shirts for a family vacation or reunion. In addition, I can sublimate using your child’s artwork, a favorite photo, recipe, etc. I also would be happy to help you come up with a design that best fits any celebration or outing you have coming up.
