When you’re designing multiple arrangements, a little preparation goes a long way. One of our favorite time-saving techniques is greening all of the vases first before adding flowers. It creates a solid foundation, keeps our workflow organized, and helps us design more consistently throughout the day.

Sometimes salal arrives with a few insect bites or holes in the leaves. Instead of throwing it away, we simply trim away the damaged areas with our snips. A few quick cuts can make the foliage look crisp, clean, and ready for an arrangement.
