Today is for giving thanks. I give praise to God everyday for bringing me to exactly where I am today. Even for the challenges that helped me to appreciate the love and goodness I'm surrounded by in my life. The most important ingredient in every recipe is Love. Let's not forget to share that.
There will be enough time to pursue excellence tomorrow. Today is about family, fellowship, forgiveness, and gratitude.

A couple great announcements!

First, I'm honored to be back at Queen Creek Olive Mill this coming weekend for Garlic Fest 2024. Perry and I will be teaming up again to bring you lots of laughs and delicious food under the big demo tent this weekend. I look forward to seeing you all there!

Secondly, I'll have some exciting new developments with the rebuilding of the website and creation of new content in the near future. I'll have a special feature rolling out this weekend that will allow you to download the exclusive Garlic Fest recipes directly to your phone. This will also be available as I roll out new recipes throughout the end of the year.

Stay Tuned! We're laying the groundwork for some big things in 2025. I look forward to sharing it all with you as we progress. And hey, let me know what you would like to see and learn. I want to provide content you find valuable.

"Write a Book" he said...

I'm sure most of us have thought about writing a book at some point. I had an impactful conversation with a great man and friend, .briank . He convinced me to contribute to his latest work, "The Greatest Lessons I Learned From My Coach." It was a very personal and therapeutic process for me to open up and share my experiences. My take was different, I'm sure, but I believe everyone will find personal value in the content of this book. The book goes on sale tomorrow, I can't wait to read the contributions from the other authors. I'm really proud to share this with all of you. Who knows, maybe Brian can convince me to do a solo project one day. If you buy a copy and read it, I would love to hear your thoughts.

Pan seared chicken breast, Spanish Cauliflower Rice, and Green Enchiladas Sauce. Maybe even a little cheese...

I love it when friends bring me veggies from their gardens. We all appreciate clean, quality, fresh produce. This week gave me a leg up on the food prep for the week, and I'm so excited!

Garlic Festival Sneak Preview 1
As promised, I'm doing something really special this year for the Garlic Festival. Here is the first sneak preview! Damn this is good!
Steak street tacos with a twist.🥩 Steak marinated in🍫 Chocolate Olive Oil, Prickly Pear Balsamic Reduction, and 🧄Roasted Garlic Olive Oil. Pan seared in my new pan and slice very thin. Topped with Pickled Cabbage using the Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar, Himalayan Salt, and Garlic. Finished with cotija cheese and cilantro.

I'm pretty geeked out right now!

Check out these awesome new pans. I've been waiting forever for the Costco roadshow to come back and "NOW THEY ARE MINE" Mwuhaha! (Cue the evil laugh)🤣.

I'm very excited to announce that I will be back with all you beautiful people once again at the Garlic Fest Queen Creek Olive Mill on September 16th and 23rd. I'm just there for both Saturdays with my demo starting at 2:30pm - 3:30pm.

You know it's always a party with The Gorilla at the helm. Don't forget to get there ahead of time and get your beverages accordingly, "Hydrate People". We'll be right near the beer and wine tent, so no excuses 😁. I always love my crowd to show up loud and proud!

I have something special planned for you guys, so don't miss it. I'll be posting sneak previews of the planned recipes in the next week or so. Stay Tuned.....
