What a wonderful evening at the Racine Theatre Guild’s End of Year Banquet 2025-2026, celebrating an incredible 88th season!

I was honored to attend not only as a member of the RTG Board of Directors, but also as UCA Ms. Heartland 2026, championing my platform Art For All: Healing Through Creativity.

To every volunteer who has poured your time, talent, and heart into RTG over the years — thank you. You are the soul of this theatre. And congratulations to all of the award recipients! Your dedication and artistry set the stage for excellence.

Theatre is more than performance; it’s a vital part of the arts that heals, connects, and transforms. I’m proud to be part of the RTG family because the arts have profoundly shaped my life, opening doors to connection, growth, and opportunities I carry with me every day.

Exciting things ahead for RTG’s 89th season — stay tuned! And as always, I’m committed to expanding access to the arts through my work with the Black Arts Council of Racine and Art By April Unlimited

I’m loving my reign as UCA Ms. Heartland 2026, representing the Midwest 💫

Art has been my love and passion since childhood. It’s a lifeline that carried me through my darkest seasons, and I love sharing that gift with others.

Through "Art For All: Healing Through Creativity," I’ve witnessed the magic that happens when creativity meets healing. It’s like the universe conspires to unite us. I support every genre — visual, dance, music, poetry, stage, comedy, all of it — because every creative expression has the power to break barriers, shatter ceilings, and foster acceptance.

Huge congrats to the talented kids who won the Art By April Unlimited 'Art Contest For Kids'. With over 40 entries, our artists ages 4-12 showed us their favorite animals, and the results were amazing!

1st Place: Adrian Garcia - Our Lady of Grace Academy
2nd Place: Ruby Slaght - Gifford School
3rd Place: Emilia Knapp - St. Lucy’s Catholic School

We’re so proud of every child who entered. Such talented young artist.

I'm thrilled to announce that I am Ms. Heartland! I'm representing the Midwest and surrounding states, including Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, and South Dakota, in the Miss UCA pageant this fall. With my platform, "Art for All: Healing Through Creativity," I promote acceptance, cultural representation, and access to the arts - all of which I've been passionate and involved in my community for over 20 years. I'm excited to share my story and inspire others, continuing to empower communities through the arts and advocacy.

I've always been drawn to drawing eyes - it's honestly one of my favorite features to capture when drawing human faces. There's just something about the emotion and depth they bring to a piece.
