Dear Vendors,
In an effort to keep our vendors, shoppers, and students healthy and reduce the risk of spreading the coronavirus, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the annual Horlick Holiday Fair scheduled for November 14, 2020.

Being that the Horlick Holiday Fair has a 30 year tradition, it was not easy to cancel; however, the decision to cancel was made with the health and safety of the community in mind.
For those vendors who prepaid for a booth for this year’s Holiday Fair, we have two options for you to consider:

1. You can request that your booth(s) be transferred to our 2021 Holiday Fair (scheduled for November 13, 2021)
2. You can request a full refund

Please complete the corresponding form to notify us of your preference. If you prefer a transfer to the 2021 Holiday Fair, please complete the 2021 Horlick Holiday Fair Transfer form. Due to the cancellation of our 2020 Horlick Holiday Craft Fair, we are offering an opportunity for a reimbursement of the booth cost for vendors who prepaid for this year's fair. Please complete the following form to begin the reimbursement process.
