On September 12th the Caledonia Historical Society is having a barn dance. There will be food and libation and a series of raffle baskets. I donated a number of pieces to create 5 baskets for the raffle. More info to follow.

Hey, PopsStop(purrs). I just got accepted to a craft fair on October 10th with an organization that shelters cats. Its a no-kill shelter called Second Hand Purrs. So stay tuned for additional information.
It's the week after The Chainsaw Carving and Art Fair at Riverbend Nature Center so its going to be a busy week for Bob, The PopsStop Guy.

Well PopStoppers, I received notification that I will not be in the Walk In The Woods art fair at Hawthorn Hollow on September 12th. They informed me that there was a huge number of applicants and many had to be turned away. So that leaves my September free. My next show will be October 4th at Riverbend Nature Center for the Chainsaw Art Carving Contest and Vendor Fair. It's from 9-2 and I hope you have a chance to PopStop by and say hi.

Well the Fair On The Fox in Oshkosh was last Sunday. Thanks to everyone who PopsStopped by to say Hi. It was a pretty hot day and I'm happy everyone stayed safe. They said there were over 5,000 people. So on to my next show - September 12th at Hawthorn Hollow "Walk In The Woods". I hope to see you there.

Calling all PopStop(ers). I just received my booth location for "Faire On The Fox" which is at the Leach Amphitheater in Oshkosh, WI. It used to be by the Faire On The Green by the Paine Center. So if if anyone is up for a day trip to Oshkosh there are over 140 venders, food, music, and a play area for kids. Looks to be a blast so I hope the weather hold out. So, PopStop in and say hi.

The creative juices were really flowing since January and it's time for my 1st show of the year. Art In The Park is this Saturday, the 23rd, from 9-3 at Henry Miller Park which is just north of Oak Creek High School. So POPSSTOP-IN and take a look. I have new Crab Apple wood and Apple wood pieces which are georgous.

Hey fellow PopStop(pers), Thanks for all your likes and encouragement. 2026 is sparking new ideas in Pops head. I'm trying a new technique where I'm using a chain saw for my master cuts. Its's a rougher, rustic look than my smooth cuts. I really like the texture but need some feed back. My 1st show of the season is "Art In The Park" In Oak Creek. You'll need to come out and check these new pieces. One of my favorites. As a friend of mine put it.

Spring is almost springing and I'm in the workshop PopsStoppin' away. Some new Apple wood I got back in January is hitting my creative cycle and they look really pretty. I'm itchin' for my 1st show, "Art In The Park", on May 23rd. I decided to take more time to create and forgo a spring show. A friend who creates woodland creatures "Copper Chicken" (check her our on instagram) has asked me to create Thrones for her little friends so that's going to be in my creative que in April. What a wonderful day. Christmas at DeKoven was so much fun. If you didn't make it, you missed out on some great entertainment, food and crafters. Goats with Coats, Live Nativity, Madrigal Choir from Horlich HS and yes, Mr. & Mrs. Claus too. The fresh snow fall really made it very festive. Thanks you to all who stopped by my booth. It was good to see patrons of my crafts. My last show is the 13th ar the Oak Creek Community Center.
