After a lot of prayer, I've decided to step away from holiday designing and decorating.
For almost 10 years, being a holiday designer/decorator has been one of my biggest passions. I've loved every minute of it and it’s something that has blessed my family in more ways than I can count.
But over the last year, God has been doing something different in my life.
As some of y'all know, I went back to school this past spring to pursue sonography another passion of mine, supporting mothers and advocating for the lives of unborn babies. And honestly, every step of the way, God has opened doors and opportunities that I never could have planned myself. At some point it became undeniable that this is the path He is calling me to.
Holiday design and decor has always been a passion of mine, but I've realized it isn't the purpose God designed me for. Sometimes God asks us to let go of something good so we can fully step into something greater. And when He starts opening new doors, sometimes other doors have to close.
Between school, family, ministry, and life in general, I know I can't continue giving holiday decorating the time and energy it deserves. So after a lot of prayer, I've decided to close this chapter.
To all my clients over the years thank you. Thank you for trusting me, referring me, supporting my little business, and welcoming me into your gorgeous homes. Y'all have blessed my family more than you'll ever know, especially around Christmas time, and I will always be grateful for that.
For those of you who are already thinking about Christmas decorating this year, I don't want to leave you hanging. I highly recommend Baylee Bogard. She is incredibly talented, creative, and someone I fully trust to take great care of my clients. If you're interested in getting on her schedule, send her message for availability!
This goodbye is definitely bittersweet, but I'm excited to see what God has in store next.
Love y'all and thank y'all for being part of the journey. ❤️
