Join us as Kirk Nichols of Whiteoak Forge presents an in-depth demo and lecture on edge geometry and heat treatment—and why they matter more than almost anything else when it comes to knife performance and quality.
Kirk will walk through his personal process, explain how edge geometry and heat work together, and show you how to evaluate and develop your own approach to improving the quality and performance of your knives.
