🤗6 years married to this guy! The longest I’ve ever been married to ANY of my 3 husbands! 😳Bikes won!🥇
When I asked him, “Why do you think you’re The Winner?”
He answered, “Well Linz? I think I have the most patience. With, you.” 🤭
Our marriage is fun, and funny. Loving and loud. 🗣️2 children. 2 dogs. 2 in-laws nearby. 2 houses. 3 divorces. One ex wife who is part of our fam. 👯‍♀️And it was established in the middle of the Pandemic with Dad officiating our lil wedding on the beach, with 11 guests.💕
If we’re to describe our show: I’m The Disney Musical, and his studio only produces documentaries. 🙆‍♀️
But together, we were nominated for an Emmy as best supporting actors in a comedy, drama, true crime series. And we won! 🙌

🤓 Clarification: rug placement needs to be PARALLEL with the fireplace. And they had it placed perpendicular, so I switched that. 💪You want the longest length of the rug to be PARALLEL with the longest length of the sectional. 🙆‍♀️
A lot of people don’t know how to place sectionals and rugs correctly, and it can really mess up the space. 🤦‍♀️ But here, I’ve made the space look bigger to really show off the built-ins and the open space. 🤗

🤔Why wasn’t this gorge home selling? Beautiful things, updated, great spaces…
And then I walked into The Shoe Room. 🤔
I explained to The Seller how this can be intimidating to Buyers, not to mention SO specific TO HIM, and his collection, and that we needed to show The Buyer how THEY can use this room. 🤩 Like to watch movies with the fam.
He listened to my recommendations and p**f! It worked! Again! 🤗

Remember if you’re selling, and you have the most beautiful things, it still needs to be staged to SHOWCASE the beauty. And that’s where I come in—to make your listing shine. 🌟And, sell.
