👋 Hi, I’m Susan Caldwell, founder and host of Lunchbox Heroes!

Some of you may know me as the founder of Flour Power Kids Cooking Studios, which I grew from a single location into a national franchise before selling the company in 2022. Now, I’m excited to begin a new adventure with Lunchbox Heroes!

This is my son, Cameron. As a mom to an amazing young man with autism, I’ve learned so much about patience, perseverance, and celebrating every victory—lessons that have helped shape both my life and the vision for Lunchbox Heroes.

As we get closer to launch, I’ll be sharing more about my family, my love of cooking and gardening, and the journey that brought me here. I can’t wait for you to get to know me a little better!

After many incredible years building and franchising Flour Power Kids Cooking Studios, I sold the company in 2022 and started dreaming about what was next.

Now, I’m so excited to finally share that I’m launching Lunchbox Heroes soon! ❤️

This new adventure combines my passion for food, family, creativity, and hands-on learning — all focused on helping build confident kids and stronger family connections through cooking.

We’re cooking up something BIG… and I can’t wait to share it with you all.

One of the biggest inspirations behind this mission is right here in my own backyard garden. There’s just something magical about kids picking fresh berries off the vine, growing tomatoes from tiny plants, and learning where REAL food comes from. 💚

At Lunchbox Heroes, we’re building adventures that help families connect through cooking, gardening, exploring, and hands-on life skills — and you’ll be learning a LOT more about me and this journey very soon. 🚀🍳

We visited Smith’s Produce in Johnston County and learned straight from Chris Smith where our food really begins 🍓👨‍🌾

Dirt, berries, and a whole lot of “whoa, I didn’t know that!” moments… this is how kitchen heroes are made. 💥
