The Passive Shotgun House - Can you image living in a house where your utilities costs are 80-90% less than the house you are in now?
I am in the process of designing a Passive House to replace a house that was destroyed by the Raleigh tornado. My client has had the arduous task of fighting his insurance company to admit that it is a total loss. He has won that battle but the replacement funds are slim. With the help from Anchorage Building Corp. we are going to try our best to build the first Passive House in Raleigh. It will be a challenge but we are going to try our best.

Wildlife Viewing Pavilion - Wadmalaw Island, SC

I am having fun in the concept stage of this wildlife viewing pavilion in the Low Country and is located on a private farm. The Low Country of SC has become a very important place for me and I never want to leave when I visit.
