In aquaponics, nothing goes to waste. 🐟 Fish produce nutrients. 🌿 Plants soak them up and clean the water. 💧 That clean water flows back to the fish, and the cycle keeps going. The result is fresh, pesticide-free produce grown right here in Rapid City, all year long. Every dollar raised helps the Veggie Vault put more of these greens on students’ lunch trays.

Rooted Chef is a local certified plant-based chef and baker bringing a little more sweetness to Rapid City, one delicious donut at a time! All of Noelle’s baked donuts are completely dairy-free and egg-free, proving that plant-based treats can be just as indulgent, creative, and downright delicious.

Noelle graduated from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in November 2025 and is now working alongside a team to bring Leseratte Cafe (a unique plant-based café and event space) to Rapid City. While the café is in the works, Noelle is popping up around town to share her creations, introduce people to Rooted Chef, and build excitement for what’s coming.
