🐾 TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Sgt. Stryker 🐾

Sgt. Stryker (aka Stryker) joined the Altimate Flooring family 4 years ago and has been an irreplaceable part of our operations ever since. His responsibilities include quality control naps, advanced fetch logistics in the warehouse , and — his most well-known contribution — an aggressive and completely uncontrollable licking policy that applies to ALL visitors regardless of consent.

When he's not measuring morale (his favorite toy is a stuffed squeaky tape measure, naturally), Stryker can be found gnawing through an elk antler chew with the focus of a man who has a deadline.
🏆 Outside Interests: Pheasant hunting, lake swimming, and exploring absolutely everything within a 3-mile radius like he's on an episode of Survivorman.

We wouldn't trade this drooly, squeaky-toy-obsessed, lick-first-ask-questions-never boy for anything. Happy 4 years, buddy. 🐾

As our behind-the-scenes Bosslady, Natasha has been the heartbeat of this company since day one. (We’d tell you exactly what year that was, but she signs our paychecks and we aren't trying to give away her age today! Let's just say she started when she was a toddler. 😉)

If you want to know what's trending for 2026, just ask Natasha. She is currently obsessed with warmth, earthy tones, wide planks, and products with rich, natural character. Her ultimate dream project? Designing a master suite and spa ensuite so luxurious you'll never want to leave your house. 🧖‍♀️🪵

But she’s not all luxury and logistics! In her free time, Natasha loves to unplug and get outside. Whether she’s casting a line fishing, spending quality time with her family, or chasing after her two fur babies, she’s always on the move. 🌲🐾

Meet the hardest-working (and hairiest) member of the Altimate Flooring team! Ringo has been with us for 2 years, officially serving as our Chief Greeting Officer.

His daily KPIs (Key Pet Indicators) include:
✅ Enthusiastically welcoming every customer who walks through the door
✅ Supervising warehouse operations via high-speed zoomies
✅ Maximizing office morale through strategic, long power naps

When he’s off the clock, Ringo trades the flooring business for the great outdoors. You’ll find him bird hunting, swimming in the lake, dominating a game of fetch, or accepting his ultimate personal challenge: finding the absolute largest stick in the woods and proudly dragging it around like a trophy. 🪵

Give him some large format tile and a master ensuite bathroom, and he’s completely in his element, turning everyday spaces into luxurious personal spas.

When he’s not meticulously aligning grout lines to absolute perfection, you can find Joe off the clock, trading his trowel for a beach chair and relaxing at the lake. 🌊🎣
