Team Member of the Month - September!

Since joining us, Mike has hit the ground running, adding value to active projects and contributing to proposals. He is leading the design for the new Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribal cemetery, has provided valuable expertise in closing out the challenging projects and is always willing to lend a hand wherever he is needed.

In addition, Mike has traveled for three different projects, spending 10 of the past 15 working days on the road. He has taken on a significant workload and consistently stepped up to support our teams and projects wherever needed. Mike has made a strong impact in a short amount of time, and we appreciate everything he has brought to the team.

He also likes to wear suspenders to our design meetings...always in fashion!

Over the past nine years, Barbara has built an impressive career through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to continuous growth. She began her journey supporting basic budgeting efforts and steadily expanded her expertise into accounting, financial reporting, and organizational financial management. Through each new challenge and opportunity, Barbara demonstrated a strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and an unwavering commitment to FourFront's success.

This project also represents our 12th VA EHRM-related project, reflecting the trust the VA continues to place in our team to support critical infrastructure improvements tied to healthcare modernization.
