We have been getting our furniture/furnishings/decor/bedding/all things cool and excitig in finally. Now we start delivery to the next house that gets our love and attention and really and unique peices. Perfectly clean slate to begin with. Right down to the linens, pots and pans.

Its so exciting to something that we designed o n paper come to reality. This empty lot has beautiful views but had an unusual and inconsistent angles. Since we couldn't change the footprint we made the house fit the space. Its going to be a beautiful addition to the neighborhood!

So, has anyone noticed the price of building products these days? We had the opportunity to design some pretty amazing homes last year, but most of them are put on hold due to the sky rocketing building goods. I am very proud to show you my latest design that is currently breaking ground and it's going to be spectacular. I will have updates as this very "Cool" very "Ultra Modern" home is being built. The pictures here are some inspiration that we included in this modern home. Stay tuned....
