this post is long overdue
I created these slides over a month ago, but felt weird about posting them. Am I gloating? Not at all. I am so proud and deeply honored to have received each and every one of these messages. These are not all of the kind messages I received this summer, and I have received many more over the years, but something, or someone, spurred this magical outpouring of love and online orders this year ✨
That someone is Jennifer at Earth Fairy Holistics. Yes, we share a name, but there’s so much more than that. I am so grateful we share this beautiful community of ours! She is such a beautiful blessing to us all, near and far, but her shop has become a safe space for many who feel they don’t have a place here, to feel seen and welcomed and connect with others. To be accepted & loved. That is what it is to step into Jennifer’s space.
So when I showed up on the last Sunday in May for the second vendor market she hosted this year, I joked that I had a feeling on the way there that “this was the first day of the rest of my life…” 😭 and honestly that day changed so much.
I am admittedly not the best at keeping my website up to date ~ as an artist and nature lover, sitting on a computer is not my favorite (and I suspect lingering trauma from my paralegal days bc I’ve avoided the computer ever since). But despite my minimal website listings, I received two website orders while I was at the vendor market that day. TWO. I hadn’t received an online order in over two weeks, and that was from a lawyer who I used to work with after I reached out to say hello. His was my 52nd online order, since the first one back in November 2022 (thank you Jamy).
Fast forward to June 2026, and the orders kept rolling in. The very next day, Jen shared what she got at the market from various vendors and BOOM. 5 orders that day for spiced sugar. Two days later, Nevermore Aries shares what she received from Jen’s vendor market and by the end of that week I have another 20+ order 😭🙏✨
I literally jump and throw my hands to the sky in gratitude each and every time and order comes through and my phone makes that magical chime. So much jumping 😂
