They aren’t all as easy as pulling old fabric off and putting new fabric on. In fact with older pieces the fabric is often the only thing holding the frame together! We had to take this frame apart completely. Re-glued all the joints. Then built back with new webbing, 8-way hand tied springs, and new foam.
