For Sale: Antique TIP TOP Quality Ice Cream Tray

This antique tin litho advertising tray is from around 1910 to 1920, and features a woman serving ice cream to children. It was produced by the American Art Works in Coshocton, Ohio, and used as a stock advertisement for various dairies, including Hall's and St. Clair. Original tin litho advertising trays from this era are highly sought after by Americana and soda fountain collectors. This tray is in very good condition but does have some scratching, paint chipping mainly along the rim but no rust. The back is also in good condition. It measures 13 1/4 inches tall, 10 1/2 inches deep and about 1 inch deep.

For Sale: Antique Toy White Graniteware Funnel (2 1/4" tall)

This very cute and very small toy funnel probably was part of a toy graniteware set at one time. It is quite old because the handle is riveted, and it is heavy for its size. This funnel is unusual, because it has slits in the tube portion so that it could have fit over the edge of another piece. I have never seen this before. It is in good antique condition, but does have some chipping mainly along the slits in the tube portion of the funnel. It measures 2 1/4 inches long, and has a diameter of 1 3/4 inches at the top.

(SOLD): Antique Chrysolite Graniteware Mug

Chrysolite graniteware is getting more difficult to find all of the time. This large mug is in good antique condition, but does have a larger chip on the front edge and some chipping that continues on the edge. It still displays nicely and very worthy of display. Chrysolite pieces are always very old, and this one has rivets on the handle. It is also a very heavy piece which is typical for these older pieces. It is a large mug, and is approximately 3 1/4 inches tall. Its diameter is about 4 inches.

For Sale: Antique Gray Graniteware Candlestick Holder

This very small and very nice gray graniteware candlestick holder is in good antique condition. It does have some edge chipping, and a larger chip underneath that isn't seen when sitting on a counter or table. This is one of the smaller gray candlestick holders that I have ever seen. It measures only about 4 1/4 inches in diameter across the catching tray, and it is about 2 inches tall. It is a super cute piece, and would be a very nice addition to a gray graniteware collection.

This wire dish drainer is in fantastic shape for its age. It probably is from the 1940's to 1950's. This one has an attached shelf or basket, probably for silverware. These are better than today's plastic ones. They dry better and do not allow mildew as easily as plastic. This one is so nice that it still could be used in your kitchen today. It measures 16 1/2 inches wide by 12 inches and is about 4 inches deep.

This piece was produced in the Staffordshire region of England between 1820 to 1860. It is characterized by lavish colors and strong shapes, with copper luster highlights. This wonderful piece is in very good condition with only a tiny chip on the bottom edge, but otherwise this piece is perfect. It measures 3 inches tall, and has a diameter of about 3 1/2 inches at the top. It really is a beautiful piece of flow blue.

This small and very cute pitcher is in good condition, but does have a few chips on it. This smaller size of pitcher would have been considered a milk pitcher, and would have been manufactures around 1920. It is a really pretty color and it is trimmed in navy blue. It measures approximately 6 3/4 inches tall, and is 6 1/4 inches wide at it s widest point.

This book features a colorful illustration of Uncle Sam interacting with children on the cover. The book contains poetry, song and prints. It is by Florence Underwood C**t, and is copyrighted 1899 by K.T. Boland. The book is in good antique condition, but does have wear to the outside and back covers, but all of the pages appear to be included. There are also some articles included in the front of the book. the book measures approximately 7 1/4 inches wide and 9 3/4 inches tall.

These depictions are based on original paintings by Gilbert Stuart. They were commonly produced in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Notable makers include: E.C. Middleton, G.A. Richards and Edward Gross Co. I believe that these were produced later, probably in the 1940's or 50's. Both prints appear to be in very good condition with no tears, rips or stains. The frames are also in good condition, and are very appropriate for the prints. Both prints measure 4 inches tall and are 3 1/2 inches wide.

This is a really nice cricket stool with mortised top. It measures 20 inches wide by 7 1/2 inches, and is 8 inches tall. This stool is in usable condition and would be great for decorating purposes for a primitive or farmhouse accent. It was made by the Chester Norton Co. located in New York. It has its original label located on the underside of the stool. It states that the name of the item is "The Cricket", and that the stool was handmade. I believe this stool was probably made in the mid-20th century.
