Comment HONEY for my favorite raw organic real honey that’s:

🐝 100% organic, raw, and unfiltered with rich enzymes and nutrients fully intact.

🌲 Hand-harvested from remote wilderness hives far from commercial farms for pure, clean honey.

✅ Rigorously tested for glyphosate and 300+ contaminants, the cleanest honey you can find.

Tips for buying honey:

* Choose raw, unfiltered local honey from a trusted beekeeper or if not local a reputable producer. Look for honey with only one ingredient—honey—and clear information about where it came from, such as the beekeeper, farm, region, or floral source. Be cautious of vague labels or blends sourced from multiple countries.
* Buy honey in glass jars whenever possible. Glass is non-reactive, ideal for long-term storage, and avoids the potential concerns that can come with storing food in plastic, especially in warm conditions.
* Don’t judge honey by appearance alone. Real honey can be light or dark, clear or slightly cloudy. Many authentic honeys naturally crystallize over time, especially raw honey. Crystallization is normal and does not mean the honey has gone bad.
* Look for honey with a rich aroma and flavor. Quality honey should have distinct floral, herbal, fruity, or earthy notes that reflect the flowers and environment where the bees foraged.
* Watch for red flags. Extremely cheap honey, unclear sourcing, multiple added ingredients, watery consistency, or labels that rely on marketing claims without providing details about origin or production may indicate lower-quality honey.

Buying local honey can help with seasonal allergies.

MYTH: You can only tolerate wheat in Europe.

The truth?
It’s not about the country.
It’s about the grain.

Why European wheat feels different:

→ Less hybridized varieties
→ no glyphosate exposure
→ Higher nutrient density
→ Simpler gluten structures
→ Often stone-milled, not stripped

But here’s what no one’s telling you:

You can find European-quality wheat grown right here in the US.

specializes in ancient grains:

✓ Non-hybridized varieties
✓ Organic & glyphosate-free
✓ Gentle on your gut
✓ Nutrient-dense like your ancestors ate

The wheat isn’t the problem.
Modern processing is.

Go ancient. Go whole. Go fresh-milled.

If your tortillas can survive on a shelf for half a year, ask yourself what's keeping them "fresh."

Store-bought tortillas can contain: potassium sorbate, sodium metabisulfite, mono & diglycerides, sodium stearoyl lactylate, fumaric acid, calcium propionate, L-cysteine (sometimes derived from human hair or duck feathers), dextrose, hydrogenated oils, cellulose gum (wood pulp).

Real tortillas? Flour, water, salt, oil or fat and baking powder.

That's it.

Once you make them at home, you'll never go back. They taste better, they're better for your gut, and they take less time than you think. And I like to add 1/3 of the flour as fmf!
