Luxury isn’t always about adding more.

Sometimes it’s an indoor garden in the middle of a home. A tree beside the bathtub. Natural light arriving from an unexpected direction. Or a piece of millwork designed precisely for the way a space is used.

These are older projects, but they still reflect something I believe strongly today: the spaces we remember are the ones that create a feeling.

Materials, light, nature, proportion and a few unexpected decisions can do much more than decoration ever could.

Proof that a home can feel completely you from the very first day. 🏡✨

This Sunset District project started with a young family, a tight timeline, and a big vision — and the result is anything but rushed.

Cobalt blue walls anchor the space and carry a sense of continuity from room to room. Mustard yellows and warm woods bring contrast and warmth. Curved furniture softens the edges. Sculptural lighting and bold artwork nod to the family’s love of music and modern design. Every decision was intentional, every detail considered. 🎨🎵

Our favorite moment? The light well. What was once a narrow, uninspiring space is now a lush vertical garden — a quiet, immersive corner that feels like a secret the rest of the house is keeping. 🌿

From the vibrant living spaces to the calming nursery and outdoor entertaining areas, this home was designed to support both connection and comfort — and we think it delivers on every level.
