There are some very exciting things happening behind the scenes at The Patisserie, and while we can't reveal everything just yet, we couldn't keep it all to ourselves anymore.

Yes, we're finally making it official. Our website is currently in development, and we couldn't be more excited to give The Patisserie a proper little home on the internet.

We are booked with the fabulously talented Lilly Campbell Photo and let's just say… the results are going to be très magnifique. We cannot wait to show you what we've been working on.

🛍️ Pop-Up Shops
Both virtual AND in-person opportunities to get your hands on The Patisserie's cookies, cupcakes, pastries, and other sweet creations without needing a custom order.

🍪 Cookie Decorating Classes
You asked. We listened. We're working on bringing you immersive, beginner-friendly decorating experiences just in time for the holiday season and beyond.

…and so much more that we're not quite ready to spill the pâtisserie tea on just yet. ☕😉

And while we're talking about what's ahead, we have one other little announcement:

📣 WE ARE BOOKED!
The Patisserie is currently fully booked through the beginning of November, and as a result, we will not be accepting any additional custom orders for 2026.

And honestly? We are incredibly grateful.
When we dreamed up this little bakery, we could have never imagined the response, the support, and the number of celebrations you would trust us to be part of. Every cookie, cupcake, pastry, birthday, shower, graduation, wedding, and milestone has helped us grow into something far beyond what we imagined.

But don't worry- if you're already thinking about a celebration in 2027, our calendar is officially open and already has some clients booked for 2027 weddings. So if The Patisserie is on your dream dessert table, now is the time to reach out.

And for everyone who hasn't gotten a chance to try us yet…
We haven't forgotten about you. 😉
In fact, we're sharing our cupcake and cookie flavor menus so you can start planning your wish list for all of the upcoming ways you'll be able to get a taste of The Patisserie. Because while custom orders for 2026 may be spoken for…

We’ve been a little quiet lately. That’s because we’ve been busy behind the scenes preparing for an order that really takes the cake!

Nothing makes us feel better than when our clients trust us with the special days in their lives, and this weekend we were incredibly honored to help celebrate the wedding of a lovely couple.

And what a celebration it was, because the dessert spread we created for this event was something you just HAD to see.

Starting things off in a BIG way, we baked and stacked a two-tiered wedding cake in lemon and blueberry cake with lemon frosting. We finished off decorating this cake with some gorgeous food safe florals from Back Mountain Flower Farm.

For the dessert table, guests were treated to 12 dozen of our gourmet oversized cupcakes in Lemon Blueberry, Strawberry Shortcake, Vanilla with vanilla ganache, and chocolate with chocolate ganache.

And we couldn’t very well have a dessert spread without cookies, so we made 230 of them! Everything from pistachio white chocolate shortbreads to chocolate chip, from sugar cookies to white chocolate snickerdoodles.

A big shout out to the staff at Juniata Valley Winery for their help with replenishing the dessert spread as the night went on.

The Ivory House & Co. did an amazing job with planning and coordinating the vendors for this fantastic day.

Congratulations again to the happy couple and thank you for trusting us to bake for you and your loved ones on your special day.

A little something sweet for a sweet little hunny! 🍯🌸🐝

We had so much fun creating this charming Winnie the Pooh–inspired baby shower spread- one that even Pooh Bear would find absolutely delectable! 💕✨

The celebration featured beautifully decorated sugar cookies, plus a delightful combination of blackberry vanilla and chocolate cupcakes filled with rich chocolate ganache, each finished with custom mini sugar cookie toppers. 🧁🍫🫐

From adorable Pooh Bear and little hunny pots to delicate florals, honey bees, and the prettiest pastel pinks and purples, every detail came together to bring this sweet theme to life. 🐝💜🌷

Congratulations on the sweet new arrival to your family! May your days be filled with as much sweetness, joy, and love as this beautiful celebration. 💕🍯

Can you believe we are officially ONE MONTH away from Apple Fest at Bender Park in Reedsville on September 19th?!

After our last event at Reedsville Community Days was such a sweet success, we've been more excited than ever to get back out there and bring you some of your favorite flavors - this time with a delicious little taste of fall, à la Patisserie. 🍁✨

👀 We may even have a collection of apple & fall-themed decorated sugar cookies joining the party. Think cozy autumn details, apples, pumpkins, and all the seasonal sweetness - because apparently we just can't leave well enough alone. 😂

A little bit wild, a whole lot of sweet! 🐆🌿🌸💗

We had the absolute pleasure of creating this special birthday spread for a sweet little girl celebrating her WILD ONE! 🎀✨

This 5-dozen cupcake order brought the jungle to life with playful pinks, fresh greens, cheetah print, lush jungle vines, and gorgeous florals. 🌿🐆🌺

And, of course, the cupcakes had to be just as delicious as they were adorable! Our classic oversized vanilla and chocolate cupcakes, filled with rich, decadent chocolate ganache. 🤎🧁

To top it all off, a perfectly on-theme two-layer vanilla smash cake made especially for the birthday girl. 🎂💕

A wild first birthday deserves a sweet celebration! Thank you for letting The Patisserie be a part of such a special day. 🥐✨

We are getting in a little flower therapy session before we gear up to start on the busiest 6 weeks in business so far of our little bakery here at The Patisserie. There’s nothing better than the smells and colors of dahlias, eucalyptus, cosmos, zinnias, Lisianthus, snapdragons and yarrow. Nature is amazing and we are so grateful for all the bees, blooms, and edible plants we get to grow right here in Mifflin County.

July may have come to a close, but we couldn't let Oreo season end without sharing a few of these birthday beauties! 🎉🖤

Our Oreo birthday cupcakes have been a customer favorite - and it's easy to see why. They start with rich Oreo cake, are filled with a decadent cookies & cream ganache, and finished with our signature Oreo frosting for the ultimate cookies-and-cream experience.

Sweet as sunshine and sprinkled with seaside magic! 🌊🐚💖

We had so much fun creating this custom set of pastel beach-themed cookies to celebrate one very special little girl turning ONE!

From delicate seashells and dreamy ocean-inspired details to the brightest pastel colors, every cookie was handcrafted with love to make her big day even sweeter.

There’s something so special about bringing a birthday vision to life, and this adorable beachy theme was an absolute joy to create. Happy 1st Birthday to the sweetest little beach babe, hope you’re having fun turning “one in the sun”! ☀️

The sweetest way to wrap up an incredibly busy July! 🧁✨

This month has been filled with so many cupcake and cookie orders, and we couldn't be more grateful for everyone who chose The Patisserie to be part of their special celebrations. 💕

One of our last orders for the month was this beautiful cupcake variety box created to celebrate the birthday of a very special gentleman. Featured flavors included:

🍓 Strawberry Shortcake (we forgot to snap a picture before they disappeared! 😅)
