Sneak peek at our most recent photoshoot of the kitchen at our Global Meowment project (cue kitty on the countertops on photo 3).

Spring has sprung! Nothing like a refreshed home for a fresh season. ✨

Swipe for some before and after shots from our Below the Surface, Design with Purpose basement remodel. This space really “bloomed” once renovated. 🌸

These clients have two growing boys who were sharing a room and a very small dated bathroom. The parents also worked from home and had desks in the main shared area space with the TV.

We reimagined the entire layout—created separate rooms for the boys, a new bathroom with a tub, dedicated laundry room, closed off office space for the parents and comfy movie night lounge equipped with a new beverage fridge/snack station and zero clearance reclining sofa.

Now it’s a highly functional space made for real life — private rooms for retreating and working and public spaces for gathering and connecting. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒🤍

The goal here—a powder room with “sexy hotel vibes and a wow factor” (per our client). The answer: a dark and moody space with an onyx sink that lights up when you turn on the lights, the perfect little element of surprise for that WOW.

Revisiting this fun and moody powder and one of our favorite projects to date: the Timeless Mountain Chic home, an over 5,000 square foot new construction in South Reno. Felt like it deserved a full carousel on our feed.

The clients were a growing family that went from 4 to 5 while we were building their home. They wanted elevated finishes with everyday functionality. Elegance without sacrificing comfort.

We layered soft neutrals, layered textures, and thoughtful design throughout creating inviting spaces made for memory-making. This home was designed for muddy shoes, movie nights, and milestone moments. A color-drenched playroom to hide all the toys. A pretty office kept quiet behind French doors. Classy, comfortable, and completely custom.

We’ve always believed that the best spaces are unique to the home owner’s style, travel and memories—and our clients agree.

I started out January on a bright and high note traveling to Paris. Using travel as a source of inspiration has been a constant throughout my life and, now, career. I make a conscious effort to absorb everything I see, then take reference photos of specific details that catch my eye so I can look back at them for design inspiration once back home.

I’m looking forward to bringing that same inspired energy and distinctive design as we embark on some new (and dare I say, very exciting) projects (with some amazing clients!) this year.

“We need a playroom that adapts over time to meet changing needs as our kids grow older. “

We elevated the design of this children’s space by color drenching it in a moody calming blue-green-gray for a timeless look to fit evolving tastes.

Built in-shelves provide toy storage for today and a desk/study area in later years as children mature.

And it can easily transition into an adult library and game room after the little birds have left the nest. 😢🐥

As we make some headway into the new year, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to my family (including our fur baby), design partner-in-crime and our clients and partners for your continued support and collaboration. We love nothing more than bringing function and beauty to our client’s homes and are looking forward to plenty of moments in the coming year to laugh and love in the comfort of thoughtfully designed spaces. Cheers to achieving new milestones together in 2025!

Last year was filled with a lot of behind the scenes work. We’re excited for some of these bigger projects to come to fruition and share the amazing transformations with all of you soon. The furnishing install, styling and final touches for our project takes place next month. And a major kitchen remodel at our project starts end of February too! Meanwhile, we are starting demo at our Incline project and tile install is starting at our Clear Creek project soon. Stay tuned!

And in light of the Palisades fires, it would be remiss to not also recognize and be grateful to have a roof over our heads and a safe and comforting place to call “home” to return to at the end of the day. The tragedy and utter devastation is beyond comprehension and our hearts break for all of those who have been affected by the fires. Reno/Tahoe is no stranger to fire danger and we see you. Please stay safe, hold your loved ones close and we stand by you during this difficult time. 💔

Feeling enormous amounts of gratitude this weekend:

🤍 For this sweet (and sometimes a tad bit crazy) little family of mine that never questioned me going out on my own and growing a design business from the ground up while simultaneously raising two small children.

🤍 For the small (but mighty) design business I’m growing in collaboration with the beautiful and talented
