It’s not the furniture we love.
It’s the transformation.

THE VIEW WAS ALREADY THE SHOWSTOPPER. OUR JOB WAS TO FRAME IT. 🌊

When we staged this Lakeridge Springs home, we wanted buyers to immediately notice what makes the property special: the panoramic views of Lake Stanley and the Reno skyline.
Our staging approach was warm, refined, and intentional.
We layered:
🤍 Soft neutral furniture
🤎 Warm wood tones
🌿 Natural greenery
🪨 Organic textures
đź–¤ Minimal dark accents
We also carefully positioned the furniture to define the living and dining areas while keeping the beautiful views open and visible.

WHAT IF YOUR HOME’S SURROUNDINGS COULD INSPIRE THE WAY YOU STAGE IT? 🌲

That was exactly our approach at 415 Lodgepole in Truckee.

This newly completed mountain modern home sits along the 12th green of Northstar Golf Course, surrounded by beautiful aspens, mountain views, warm wood, and natural stone.

Instead of introducing colors that felt disconnected from the setting, we brought the outdoors inside.

🌿 Greens pulled from the surrounding landscape.
🍊 Warm oranges that enhanced the natural wood tones.
đź’™ Blues inspired by the mountain sky.
🩶 Grays that complemented the stone and modern finishes.

The goal was to create a home that felt warm, sophisticated, and connected to its surroundings.

And that’s one of the most important principles of effective home staging:

Instead of filling the rooms with furniture, we focused on making the existing architecture and mountain setting the star.
Every piece was selected with a purpose.
The furniture creates scale and flow.
The textures add warmth.
The artwork and accessories bring personality without overwhelming the space.
And the overall design helps potential buyers understand how the home can actually feel when they live there.
A few home staging lessons to take away:
