We completed the installation of motorized roller shades, which can operate simultaneously or be adjusted individually. I have a client who recently acquired a new home in Reno. The property exudes a somewhat "dated" Tuscan vibe, which we aim to transition towards a Mediterranean style. We are approaching this makeover in phases, with the renovation of the two main fireplaces, as well as the flooring and paint, being our top priorities. Here's how we've revamped the Sitting Room. After staying indoors during the winter months, the newness of Spring makes me want to bring nature into my space so I can enjoy it throughout the year. One way I like to add a natural touch to a space is by using woven woods when dressing a window. Naturaly woven from reeds, grasses, jute & bamboo - they offer a relaxed yet refined design element to every room. I like to layer in texture by using them along with a slubby silk drapery panel and a botanical wallpaper.
After spending the winter months cooped up indoors, the freshness of spring inspires me to incorporate elements of nature into my surroundings, allowing me to enjoy them year-round. One of my favorite ways to infuse a natural vibe into a room is by using woven wood shades for window treatments. Crafted from materials like reeds, grasses, jute, and bamboo, they provide a design that is both laid-back and elegant in any space. I enjoy adding layers of texture by pairing them with textured silk drapery panels and botanical-themed wallpaper.

I had an appointment with a client in Zepher Cove today, so Freddie and I decided to take the opportunity to have a nice lunch at the Lodge at Zephyr Cove. Such a beautiful day at Lake Tahoe!
