Hi ladies & gents - its Ashley with a quick update, bulletin, announcement - whatever you want to call this.
It seems like everytime I am posting on here it's more wth type stuff, but this is really the fastest way I can update customers.
Right now our phone system is down. I don't know how long its been down because I am still able to call out, its the inbound calls that are jacked up. We are unsure if the increase in calls glitched the system but I do have our IT guru on it and it should be looked at tonight and he will give me an ETA if it cannot be resolved tonight.
Additionally, I am working my way through text messages, emails, webchats and social media messages (and don't forget our walk in clients too!). I answer them in the order they are received so please for the love of all things Holy do not send multiple messages, it bumps you farther down my response list. Projects are still being worked on and shipped out, weights are still being produced and shipped out. Our new turnaround times are roughly 3-4 weeks on projects. Weights are typically shipped within 3 weeks from being ordered. Our 1102s are coming soon to the site as well, I am working on adding those in the coming weeks.
We are so THANKFUL for each and every one of you. I cannot stress that enough. Please be patient - I am doing my best to get to each of you!
