This past weekend Sophia was able to use her business to give back to something near and dear to her, FIRST Robotics. She donated a few dozen 3D-printed fidget toys for the Sensory Room at a FIRST LEGO League elementary robotics competition where she was volunteering as a mentor.

Six years ago Sophia entered the world of robotics as a 5th grader at an event just like this, and now she's the robot driver and a programmer for her high school robotics team. "Gracious professionalism" is a key element of FIRST Robotics, and she was happy to graciously donate toys for kids to play with in the Sensory Room who need a respite from the fun but chaotic and noisy environment that a robotics competition is.

In August we shared about the "VIP meal" program offered by this local restaurant in Croydon, PA. This week they were on the news for the amazing impact it has had on the community. We're sharing their love in case anyone could benefit from their generosity. And if not, then please support their restaurant by patronizing them!

Amid the government shutdown, Giovanni's Dillicious Pickles Restaurant in Croydon is offering VIP meals for those who can't afford to feed their families.

We're super excited for our first time at this huge festival! Northampton Day Festival is a fun, family-friendly event! FREE entertainment for all ages, and FREE rides/amusements for kids; unique vendors and great food trucks, and more! FREE admission, FREE parking.

100+ vendors and lots of food trucks.
Activities: games, amusements, barn nature center, karaoke, raffle baskets & vaccine clinic.
Performances: DJ, talent show, cheerleading, chorus, Greater Kensington String Band, Irish Dancers, kids cupcake decorating contest, and more.
Demonstrations: Police K9 unit and fire department.

This Saturday STEAMcraft is going to be at two places at the same time! We're like, literal magic! We had two great options so we decided to divide and conquer in order to have our cake and eat it too! We'll be juggling multiple balls while spinning two plates in the air at the same time, pulling double duty to have the best of both worlds!

Which event are you going to join us at? Can't decide - check out both! One STEAMcraft sister will be at the Bristol Township Touch-A-Truck Event in Bristol and another sister will be at Community Family Fun Day at Assumption BVM Church in Feasterville. Both events will have lots of kids activities and food trucks. Bristol will have heavy machinery for kids to explore and a DJ, Feasterville will have a petting zoo and two live bands!
