Exterior leaks were taking place along the gutters where flashing/splash guards have been properly added.
Ridgeway roofing executed the new roof like pros.

A small leak can go unnoticed, but it can do some damage if not found.

All the damaged drywall was removed/ interior casing cleaned and prepped for reuse.

Fletcher Drywall came in like a flash for the drywall finish and did an excellent job.

Now it is ready for paint.

Fascia repairs from a fallen tree from the storms

-Along with continued garage door hardie repair/replacement.

New buck framing for the garage opening with a custom metal exterior finish for looks and appeal.

Seal in/ touch up to follow.

Worked with Brian and Mika on HGTV. What an amazing experience. Would have never guessed I would have done that if asked 5 years ago.
(I would have laughed and stated ā€œIā€™m too small to even be consideredā€ā€¦. Well, OCD did it.) šŸ˜Š
