A big THANK YOU to our summer interns at Catron’s Glass!

Whether they were helping our crews out in the field, lending a hand in the office, or tackling whatever else we threw their way, they showed up each day with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a smile on their face.

We’re grateful for their hard work and for the time they spent as part of the Catron’s Glass team this summer. As they head back to school and take on their next adventures, we wish them nothing but success.

Today, we pause to remember the men and women who gave everything for this country and the families who carry that sacrifice long after the uniforms are folded away.

Freedom isn’t free. It was paid for by brave souls willing to lay down their lives for something bigger than themselves.

Emily is a vital part of our administrative staff, helping keep our office and showroom running smoothly each day. From the moment customers walk through the door, they’re greeted by her friendly smile, kind heart, and willingness to help in any way she can.

She is hardworking, dependable, and truly cares about the people around her. Beyond the office, Emily is an amazing mother and a servant leader who brings positivity and encouragement to our team every day.

🔦 Employee Spotlight: Mike K**bloch

We’re excited to shine a light on Mike K**bloch, the head of our Commercial Division here at Catron’s Glass.

Mike brings over 20 years of construction experience to the team, along with a steady, no-nonsense approach to getting the job done right. His leadership, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex projects make a huge impact on our commercial operations every day.

Outside of work, Mike is a husband to his wife Ryanne and a proud father of three boys. He’s heavily involved in their lives, especially on the baseball field, spending countless hours coaching and developing young athletes. He’s also an avid hunter, someone who values time outdoors, discipline, and patience, qualities that show up in both his personal life and his work.

Mike & his wife are also an active members of our community a local business owner, running K**b Creek Coffee, in Eaton & Arcanum, OH.

Mike joined our team at the beginning of 2026, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have him leading the charge on the commercial side of our business.

We’re proud to highlight Baron Freeman as part of the Catron’s Glass team.

Baron joined us last year and brought with him a wealth of experience from many areas of the construction industry. His knowledge, work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed have made a strong impact on our team and the way we serve our customers.

What stands out most about Baron, though, isn’t just his skill—it’s his character. He carries himself with a kind heart and a humble spirit, always showing up ready to work, help others, and do things the right way.

We’re incredibly grateful to have Baron on our team and for the role he plays in serving our customers every day.
